TRW Appoints New EVP, General Counsel, Secretary

TRW Automotive has appointed Robin Walker-Lee as the new executive vice president, general counsel and secretary. The company said that she will also be a member of TRW's Management Committee.
She has served in executive positions at General Motors, including general counsel and vice president of public policy for General Motors - Latin America, Africa & Middle East.
Most recently, she served as assistant general counsel, operations for General Motors. From August 2008 to July 2009, Ms Walker-Lee was also on special assignment to the general counsel of General Motors. She entered the legal profession as a Judicial Clerk for the Honorable Cornelia Kennedy, US Court of Appeals for the 6th Circuit.
Headquartered in Livonia, Michigan, TRW Automotive, through its subsidiaries, produces integrated vehicle control and driver assist systems, braking systems, steering systems, suspension systems, occupant safety systems (seat belts and airbags), electronics, engine components, fastening systems and aftermarket replacement parts and services.
