SYLVANIA Unveils 58 New Automotive Lighting Products

New offerings from SYLVANIA include six products in the new EcoBright headlight family
OSRAM SYLVANIA, that provides automotive lighting solutions, has launched 58 new automotive lighting products. The new offerings from SYLVANIA include six products in the new EcoBright headlight family, six products for the new SilverStar signal bulb family, two new H11 products for both SilverStar and XtraVision headlights, and 44 long-life signal bulb line extensions.

SYLVANIA EcoBright headlights offer excellent downroad and sideroad visibility while helping reduce environmental impact. The bulbs use 9% to 21% less energy than SAE maximum design specifications, and are 25% brighter compared to aged standard bulbs. Over the life of a pair of bulbs, drivers can save from $2 to $19 in fuel costs and reduce a car's carbon dioxide (CO2) emissions 9% to 21%, or from 13 to 107 pounds, compared to bulbs operating to SAE standard maximums.
SYLVANIA SilverStar Signal Bulbs are up to 30% brighter, up to 20% whiter and allow motorists to see up to 10% farther and wider compared to worn standard signal bulbs. H11 bulbs for low beam headlights provide high luminance and color temperature for increased nighttime visibility. SYLVANIA developed the new line of H11 bulbs for SilverStar and XtraVision in response to consumer demand and changes in automotive equipment manufacturing. SilverStar headlights are up to 35% brighter, offering up to 30% more down road visibility and up to 35% more side road visibility compared to worn standard bulbs. XtraVision headlights are up to 30% brighter and offer up to 25% more downroad visibility.
SYLVANIA also offers a wide array of long-life signal bulbs for consumers. The 44 new products expand the company's total line to 79 long-life signal bulbs.
