Hino Motors Selects CVG As Seat Supplier For Medium-Duty Trucks
Hino Motors Manufacturing USA (HMM), a Toyota Group Company, has selected national seating brand of Commercial Vehicle Group (CVG) as the seat supplier of choice for Hino's North American produced medium-duty trucks.
Under the agreement, CVG said that it will provide both suspension and also static seats for Hino Motors products.
According to CVG, the new Hino seating program is expected to begin production during the first quarter of 2011 at its facility in Vonore, Tennessee. In addition, at the current production levels, revenues related to this program are expected to be in the range of two to three million dollars annually.
CVG is a supplier of fully integrated system solutions for commercial vehicle market. It's products include static and suspension seat systems, electronic wire harness assemblies, controls and switches, structures and components, interior trim systems, mirrors and wiper systems designed for applications in commercial vehicles.
