Advance Auto Parts Inducts Harvard Professional To Its Board
Also to serve on nominating and corporate governance committee
Advance Auto Parts, an automotive aftermarket retailer of parts, batteries, accessories, and maintenance items, has elected Frances Frei, UPS Foundation Professor of Service Management in Harvard Business School’s Technology and Operations Management department, to its board of directors.
She has also been appointed to serve on the nominating and corporate governance committee for the board of directors.
Jack Brouillard, chairman of the board at Advance Auto Parts, said: “We are delighted to welcome Frances to our Board of Directors. Frances has over 10 years of research around developing a culture of service excellence design principles that align with our journey to become the industry Customer Experience Leader. We look forward to her contributions to our Board and to Advance Auto Parts.”
Ms. Frei is also the co-founder of Concire Leadership Institute, a provider of learning and advisory services to help individuals and organizations achieve performance. She has served in her current role at the Harvard Business School since July 2009.
